Planning Applications validated and Decisions issued updated to 06 Jan 09
Planning Appeal information updated to 30 June 2008. We apologise to users for this delay - but we are currently not receiving any appeals data following the unilateral decision by the Planning Appeals Commission to terminate our contract. We are continuing our efforts to restore this service. Obtaining up-to-date Northern Ireland planning information is difficult enough without this deliberate action by the PAC to withhold data from the only 'joined-up' service available to planning practitioners in the public and private sectors.
Planning Online provides internet access to information on all Northern Ireland Planning Applications since 1973 and all Planning Appeals since 1997.
To sample how the system works you can use FREEsearch on this page to view basic information on recent Applications and Decisions. To view the detailed data you can purchase a 1-day access or a full annual subscription.
