Planning Online FREESEARCH is what is says.  FREESEARCH can be used by anyone, anytime.  No passwords or payment required. 

Getting started    -  To bring up all recent planning applications and decisions for Northern Ireland, simply leave the searchbox clear and click on "search".  Selective search - Enter a streetname, town or village to limit the scope of your search. 

The results on the FREESEARCH will provide limited details and you can access the full details by subscribing to Planning Online on an annual basis or daily PayAsYouGo basis.

Freesearch HELP

Allows anyone to search on our "recent planning cases" databases for Applications, Decisions and Appeals.  Usually data from our last update covering the previous 30 days.

FREE Planning Search

For recent Applications and Decisions simply click on the Search button on the Free Planning Search box (Lilac colour).  To narrow the search enter a town or street name.   The results will be displayed 50 per page.  The map at the foot of the page displays all of the entries with a pin - click on the pin to view details - grab and move photo or zoom in/out to view all entries.

In most areas of NI, the satellite photo is unclear, so use the Map, or click on hybrid (to overlay map info onto photo).

To access in-depth details you must be a subscriber or using the Free Trial option. 1-day access to the full database and advanced search system is available for £5 per day by online payment using PayPal. 

FREE Appeal Search

For recent Appeals simply click on the Search button on the Free Planning Search box (Brown colour).  To narrow the search enter a town or street name.   The results will be displayed 10 per page. To access in-depth details you must be a subscriber or using the Free Trial option. Pay-as-you-go subscribers can access the full database for £5 per day by online payment using PayPal.
